COMBILOADER for Russian and Asian cars

Anyone using Combiloader for Russian or Asian ECUs? I repair a lot of Lada, Toyota, and Hyundai modules, and I’m interested in how well Combiloader handles different protocols. I found it listed on ecutools.eu with many modules like Bosch ME17 and M74 variants. Is it worth investing in the extra modules, or does the base set cover most jobs? Also curious about license activation time after payment.

Yes, I’ve been using Hexprog II for BMW ECUs. The interface is clean, and once you understand the connection diagrams, it’s smooth. It supports BDM and direct EEPROM work. Just be sure to update firmware regularly — older versions sometimes hang on MEVD units. Apart from that, it’s stable and reads fast.

Just to share my experience — I purchased the Combiloader directly from ecutools.eu last month. They had the newest revision with firmware pre-installed and included the activation file right after payment. Shipping to Russia was quick and tracking was accurate. Their catalog also includes modules for Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan and VAG cars if you need a complete set for chip tuning and diagnostics. If anyone is considering Combiloader or similar tools, check the official page here → https://ecutools.eu
